Setelah berhasil mengupgrade Slackware 13.0 ke Slackware 13.1 dan berhasil juga menginstall paket wvdial dan wvstreams, ternyata sangat mengecewakan !
Dial-Up Networking (DUN) gak mau jalan. Log yang dicatat tertulis seperti ini:

Nah Loh !!!
Padahal pada versi sebelumnya gak ada masalah sama sekali. Sempet cari-cari di google tapi gak ada hasil yang memuaskan karena rata-rata solusi yang ditawarkan adalah "reinstall wvdial".
Dari beberapa postingan yang saya baca, bluetooth mereka tidak bekerja. Bahkan hanya untuk melihat atau mencari perangkat lain. Dari situ, saya mengambil kesimpulan bahwa sebenarnya bluetooth saya baik-baik saja karena masih bisa digunakan untuk scanning perangkat lain.
Kira-kira dua hari saya mencoba-coba dan mencari manual yang berhubungan dengan bluetooth tapi tetep aja gak nemu :(, dan ... elah... saya gak sengaja liat icon bluetooth di menu. Karna penasaran, jadi saya klik aja icon itu untuk mencari tau...
Ternyata aplikasi blueman !
Aplikasi yang gak ada diversi Slackware sebelumnya (13.0). Dan akhirnya, sekarang saya bisa menggunakan ponsel saya lagi sebagai modem walaupun sedikit repot harus pindah-pindah dari blueman ke terminal (maklum baru upgrade, belum sempet browsing fitur barunya. Lagian saya-nya juga dudul, makanya bingung... hehehe :P ).
Nah, gini ceritanya...
Jalankan blueman dan mulai cari perangkat bluetooth disekitar...
Kemudian lakukan pairing antara kedua perangkat melalui tombol menu yang bergambar kunci...
Masukan password yang sama pada kedua perangkat, dan ponsel kini telah siap untuk digunakan sebagai modem ... :D

Elah... masi error juga ternyata ... :P
Kalo gitu, lakukan seperti biasa ja ya, pake terminal .. :D

Untuk pengaturan yang lainya sama seperti biasa. Kalo masi bingung, silahkan kesini untuk pengaturan dari awal.
